The World Cup is on, Wimbledon has started, and this month’s Mila & Pheebs has joined in the fun with this Sport-tastic box!
The newsletter has tons of sporty jokes, trivia, and dates to remember.
Stickers! These are lovely chunky foam football stickers. And check it out, two of them are girls! That’s what we like to see.
Here’s a cute Racing Car Sewing Kit. These little kits are a lot of fun, and nice and simple for little hands to manage.
A nice bright pack of felt tip pens, plus two rugby finger puppets to colour in.
Once again, one of them is a girl! Little C plays rugby at school, so she was extremely pleased that one of the players looked like her. (Except for the hair, perhaps.)
What a fantastic Football Stationery Set! A pencil, rubber, pencil sharpener, ruler, and mini notebook.
Some achievement stickers here, and another craft, Design Your Own Sports Badge. You even get a whole lot of mini pompoms to jazz up your design even more! And you might even win a prize with your design.
Little C decided she would create a prize badge.
Here are regular Mila & Pheebs goodies, two blank greeting cards and a mini eraser! Isn’t that tiny football lovely? A great addition to our collection.
Here are the other regular items, colouring sheets and puzzle pages.
Little C adores the puzzles and wordsearch, they’re usually the first things she goes for. This month’s puzzle sheet is particularly good because there are several things to do on the one sheet.
Finished! A perfect opportunity to add few of the achievement stickers too.

This is a terrific box of stationery! As always, there is a great variety of items, especially the football stationery kit. I think this particular box is particularly noteworthy for a couple of reasons.
First of all, even though the world is all about football and tennis right now, there are other sports included.
Second, there is a great mix of boys and girls shown on the various bits and pieces. If you google things like ‘kids football toys’ you will find that the vast majority, if not all, of the kids pictured are boys. But girls play sports too! (Little C loves playing football in the playground.) It’s great for both boys and girls to be able to see themselves in the context of sports.
I love the mixture of free and guided creativity in this box. The puzzles even give you a bit of sneaky educational value!
A Mila & Pheebs box is a very handy thing to have around. It’s lovely for a treat every month, but it has lots of other uses too. Take one away on holiday, a lovely gift, or give one to little wedding guests to keep them occupied! Perfect for boys and girls, there is plenty to do and use again.
This has really gotten us in the mood for a sporty and creative summer!
