My Greeting Box is a lovely subscription box that contains everything you need to create beautiful handmade cards.
The lovely bright box come right through the mailbox. Even though the contents are practical it is beautifully presented.
This month’s technique is watercolour, and the designs are a graceful dancing lady theme.
There are five tubes of gouache paint included, wow!
To go with the paint, a little palette and a watercolour brush.
Here is this month’s set of acrylic stamps. Such lovely graceful pictures, and lots of sentiments. There’s also cardstock and special watercolour paper.
There’s the usual inkpad, it’s a different brand than in previous boxes. Apparently this is an excellent brand for use with watercolours.
I was slightly perplexed by these sticky notes, but then I checked the instructions and I see they’re to be used for masking your designs when you want them to overlap.

These designs definitely look quite challenging to make, but they really are very lovely. I love the sketched effect of the figures, and the paint adds a slightly impressionistic effect.
As always, there’s plenty of cardstock. There’s also some double-sided sticky tape (essential for cardmaking!) but I didn’t photograph it because it’s not that interesting.
The cards are definitely for any occasion. Because there are so many sentiment stamps you can pick and choose whichever ones you feel are appropriate.
The March box also contained watercolour designs, so I’m excited to have another try with new effects and colour! Making a card is such a satisfying process, and you have something gorgeous to give to a loved one at the end.
